Process was so smooth i booked everything for a birthday arrangement for a friend to get it delivered and they took for only $20 charge which is great price ! My experience with your service was very straight forward and professional. My one concern is that I was not able to have a concern about the delivery addressed because after 4 attempts I still could not get anyone at your store to answer the phone. Which was concerning to me.

Unable to attend a funeral, I called that morning to ask if it was too late for same-day delivery. Happy to report it was delivered as promised. This was for a funeral. I asked for white and lavender. The person said, 'Yes.' Sadly, the arrangement was white, pink, and purple. My children assured me the arrangement was stunning, and it was. Because cultures are different, I didn't want bright colors to be offensive at a funeral. I would still order again, but I will be more specific.
